HUDBuddy is a semiintelligent AI companion that will always try to position itself in a useful location. In the past, when Widgets were still in development, there was a notion of being able to dynamically place and replace widgets into different WidgetContainers. HUDBuddy was implemented to be one such container. However, eventually the Tabbed Display became the single universal UI for all widgets interactions, and other WidgetContainers (such as HUDBuddy) became somewhat defunct.
