This package provides the IHasTooltip interface, allowing any class/object/etc. which properly implements the interface to provide a tooltip which is compatible with the FMAR tooltip display.

In practice, this interface has not been extensively used, nor has the tooltip display been maintained as new features have been added, so this package is currently in somewhat of a broken state.
