The Draggable Anchors system provides an example use case for the core anchor system. The draggable anchors do what the name suggests, which is they allow anchors to be grabbed and moved around via "dragging" using controllers or hands. Draggable anchors are only draggable when in edit mode, which can be enabled either via the draggable anchor manager, or individually via the SetEditMode method.
